What impressed me most was his honesty. After giving me a quote that I agreed to, he realized that one of the repairs I thought I needed actually wasn't necessary. Instead of charging me anyway, he adjusted the price down to reflect only the work that was needed. It's refreshing to find someone with that level of integrity. Fantastic company! John came out to install a new water spigot for my backyard in Farmersville and to troubleshoot a bad odor that has been coming from my master bath. He identified the problem immediately and offered solutions to fix it. He was very thorough - climbing under the house and through the attic to chase down venting and drainage issues. Very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. He also offers multiple ways to pay. Highly recommend!

Out of the quotes I received for my front lawn leak repair, John was significantly lower. I was happy to hire him to do the repair, and he and his team showed up early the next day and finished repair within a couple of hours. Also, he didn't try to upsell products but instead fixed a leak with my water heater for free. And when it is time to change it, I will give him a call, he has my business from now on. Thanks John is fantastic! He arrived at 7am sharp as promised on a Saturday. He was the only one who could come out, as other companies had a wait time till Monday to Wednesday the next week. Way too long. Our tankless water heater had no hot water and John troubleshooted and resolved the issue in a short amount of time. He even drove a ways to pick up the part that was unavailable at open business locations til Monday. We now have hot water!
